Π-η Mixing from Qcd Sum Rules
The q2 dependence of the π-η mixing amplitude is examined with the use of QCD sum rules. The linear slope of the mixing function θ(q2) is found to be much smaller than that for ρ-ω mixing. Thus the mixing amplitude is approximately the same in the space-like region as in the time-like one, and one may neglect the q2 dependence of the mixing. A comparison between a hadron-meson, an effective chi...
متن کاملThe Off Shell ρ − ω Mixing in the QCD Sum Rules
The q 2 dependence of the ρ − ω mixing amplitude is analyzed with the use of the QCD sum rules and the dispersion relation. Going off shell the mixing decreases, changes sign at q 2 ≃ 0.4m 2 ρ > 0 and is negative in the space like region. Implications of this result to the isospin breaking part of the nuclear force are discussed.
متن کاملTHE SEMILEPTONIC DECAYS D → π(ρ)eν AND B → π(ρ)eν FROM QCD SUM RULES
We investigate the semileptonic decays of B and D mesons into π and ρ mesons, respectively, by means of QCD sum rules. We find that for the vector formfactors involved the pole dominance hypothesis is valid to good accuracy with pole masses in the expected range. Pole dominance, however, does not apply to the axial formfactors which results in specific predictions for the predominant polarizati...
متن کاملSum rules for B → πη ( ′ ) , Kη ( ′ ) , η ( ′ ) η ( ′ ) decays
We provide a set of sum rules, using flavour symmetries, relating CP-averaged ratios and CP asymmetries of different neutral and charged B mesons decaying into an η(′) particle together with a pion, a kaon or a second η(′). These sum rules allow us to give a prediction for the B0 → K0η branching ratio. We also predict a clear sign anticorrelation between the two B0 → π0(η, η′) CP asymmetries, a...
متن کاملMagnetic moment of the ρ-meson in QCD sum rules
The magnetic moment μ of the ρ-meson is calculated in the framework of QCD sum rules in external fields. Bare loop calculations (parton model) give: μpart = 2.0. The contribution of operators of dimension 6 reduces this value: μ = 1.5± 0.3. ∗e-mail:[email protected]
